This policy explains what information Pegdock (“we”) collects through pegdock.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Quote and contact forms: the details you choose to send us — name, email, WhatsApp, company, country, customer type, product and quantity details, your message and any file you attach. We also record the page you sent the form from and how you reached the site (for example a search engine or an ad), so we know which pages are useful.
- Email and WhatsApp: if you contact us directly, we keep the conversation so we can follow up on your order.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited and from which countries. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, samples and shipping arrangements, and follow up on orders.
- To understand which pages and products buyers are interested in and improve the site.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for unrelated marketing. We share it only with service providers we need to fulfil your request (for example our website host, email provider and freight forwarders when you place an order), or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing yfw9991@gmail.com. If you are in the UK, the EU or Australia, you also have the rights given by your local privacy law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security and international transfer
We are based in China and our website and email services may be hosted in other countries. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
